Although our work is global, our focus is very much at home. We feel a responsibility to contribute to the improvement of the municipalities that we are actively growing.

Brookfield Resdiential (formerly Carma Developers) supports non-profit activities and events by providing financial assistance, or in-kind contributions in North America. We have charitable donations committee within each of our Canadian offices. Every year, we designate a percentage of our corporate income for charitable giving, and each local committee, chaired and operated by Brookfield Residential employees, researches organizations and allocates funds within their own areas.

To make contributions more meaningful, Brookfield Residential also provides employee matching and volunteer programs to encourage our employees to contribute as individuals.
